13u - Adult-  60/90' Field (leads/steals)

-       There are no protests!  Umpire’s decision is final

• Umpires and Coaches should remember reason why we are playing this weekend…

-       Games need to start on time so warm-up in other areas and be ready to go

-       8u and 9u-  No leads (46'/60')

-       Dropped third strike will be in play from ages 10u – Adult (no dropped 3^rd strike at 8u-9u)

-       4 Outfielders will be allowed for 8u division

-       Any wood bats may be used (composite coating included / no metal on any part of bat)

-       Small or big barrell wood bats can be used at any age level

-       Coin Flip 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time (home/away) for pool play

• Whoever wins flip gets to choose dugout or h/v (loser picks other)
• Higher seed gets choice of home/visitors or dugout in Bracket Play

-       10 Run Slaughter Rule after 4th inning (3 1/2 if losing team is visitor)

-       Time Limit (starts at actual start time, not scheduled start time)

• Pool Play-  no new inning at 1 hour and 25 minutes (just for seeding / ties allowed) Bracket Play-  no new inning at 2 hours (game must have a winner)

-       No pre-game IF/OF is allowed / you may warm-up in outfield if there is time

-       No DH is allowed

-       Teams can play with 8 players at anytime in the game

-       You may bat as many as you would like (9 players – entire line-up)

-       All non defensive position players are EP’s / batting order cannot change

-       Balks-  One warning at 10u – 12u per pitcher / No warnings 13u - Adult

-       Courtesy runner for Pitcher and Catcher at anytime

• Must be a legal sub OR last batted out if you are batting entire order

-       Innings (if time limit doesn’t hit)-  8u – 12u-  6 innings  /  13u – 16u- 7 innings

8u – 10u American-           Little League rules unless noted above

13u –Adult-                        NFHS rules unless noted above

-       Teams line up on foul lines before game

• 30 second Moment of Silence (pediatric cancer patients)
• Pledge of Allegience to honor Memorial Day and those who have fought for us

PITCHING LIMITS  

-  Total of 10 innings allowed for entire tournament

-  If you throw 4 innings or more in a day, you need 2 days rest

EX:  Thur- 2 innings, Fri- 3 innings, Mon- 5 innings OKAY

EX:  Thur- 7 innings, Mon- 3 innings OKAY

EX:  Fri- 4 innings, Mon- 3 innings OKAY

1 pitch equals an inning

TIE BREAKER FOR SEEDING PURPOSES-

1)  Record 2) Head to Head 3) Runs allowed avg. 4) Runs scored avg. 5) Coin flip
