TOURNAMENT DONATIONS

Players and teams getting Individual Pledges-

We are asking that each player set a goal of raising a minimum of $100 to play in this tournament.  We ask that team raise a minimum of $2,500 combined.  They may approach local businesses, family and friends with the message of raising money for local pediatric cancer patients and Children's National Medical Center. 

Individual Minimum Goal-  $100

Team Minimum Goal-  $2,500

The easiest way is to simply take 3 minutes and set up your individual First Giving site off of your team First Giving site.  Then simply shoot out an e-mail to family and friends.

FIRST GIVING DONATION SITE

We have an on-line web-site (link above) to contribute and track players and teams progress.  This will track all of your donations and make you eligible to receive the prizes listed. There will be huge prizes (see right) for the teams and individual players who raise the most money.



You team site should already be set-up on the link above if your team has registered and paid.

Number Goals

You will receive the following prizes if you or your team reaches these  pledge goals.  The actual item may be slightly different but with the same value. 

Individual Prizes:

Raise $1,000-  Maple Wood Bat

Raise $2,500-  Wilson A2000 Glove

Raise $5,000-  DeMarini CF5 Bat 

Team Prizes (each player receives):

Raise $2,500-  Special T-Shirt

Raise $5,000-  Special Cage Jacket

Raise $10,000-  Tickets to Nats Park

Wanna play at Nationals Park?

The teams that raise the most money will get the opportunity to do something very special at Nationals Park on 5/25. 

8u - 12u-  The top 5 teams total will get a special VIP Tour of Nationals Park and a FREE dinner

13u - 16u-  The top 6 teams total in this age group who raise the most money will play.  We plan on matching up age groups if possible.  Teams must raise a minimum of $5,000 in order to be eligible.
