1 pm Volunteers begin to arrive

3 pm Gates Open to general public

3:15 pm Team 1 to Batting Cage / Team 2 warms up in OF gaps

3:30 pm Team 2 to Batting Cage / Team 1 warms up in OF gaps

3:45 pm Team Photos of Teams 1 and 2

3:55 pm National Anthem- Gene Stromecki

4 pm Game 1 (Riverdogs 13u vs. VA Spartans Orange 13u)

5:15 pm Team 3 to Batting Cage

5:30 pm Team 4 to Batting Cage

5:40 pm Game 1 ends

5:45 pm Teams 3 and 4 to the OF gaps to warm-up arms

5:55 pm National Anthem- Kevin Pearson

5:58 pm Gavin Rupp throws out First Pitch

6 pm Game 2 (VA Spartans Blue 14u vs. VA Renegades 15/16u)

6:30 pm Tours start for 8u – 12u teams who raised the most $

7:15 pm Team 5 to Batting Cage

7:30 pm Team 6 to Batting Cage

7:40 pm Game 2 ends

7:45 pm Teams 5 and 6 Warm-Up while preparing for Opening Ceremony

7:50 pm Teams 3, 4, 5 and 6 take team photo’s

8 pm Opening Ceremonies begin (see OC script)

8:23 pm National Anthem- Code Red

8:25 pm Kyle Hahne throws out First Pitch

8:30 pm Game 3 (NVTBL Stars 13u vs. Haymarket Brigade 14u)

8:40 pm Coaches Meeting in Section 101 for all Tourney coaches

10:10 pm Game 3 ends

- Drop dead time for each game is 1 hour and 40 minutes after it starts…

- Players should wear jerseys and hats to Opening Ceremonies

OTHER EVENTS

* Team Check-In open from 4 – 8 pm in Red Porch Restaurant

* Raffle Tickets drawn at 7:57 pm, 9 pm (middle of an inning)

* T-Shirt Tosses from Warning Tracks after 2^nd inning and after 4^th inning of each game
